The next World Congress of the International Association for Philosophy of Law and Social Philosophy (IVR) will be in Beijing, China in September, 2009.

The AMINTAPHIL volume from the 2006 meeting has been published. The title is Coercion and the State . The editors are David A. Reidy and Walter J. Riker. The  volume from the 2004 meeting is Intervention, Terrrorism and Torture: Contemporary Challenges to Just War Theory . The editor is Steven Lee. Both volumes are pulished by Springer Science and Business Media as part of a series entitled AMINTAPHIL: The Philosophical Foundations of Law and Justice .
