Participants without Families:

DORM-SUITE STYLE HOUSING IS AVAILABLE ON CAMPUS.  These suites accommodate 1 person to a bedroom and 2 to a bathroom. They are not suitable for couples. Parking is available for a nominal additional fee. Participants are encouraged to take advantage of this housing at $16/night.

Participants with families:

Participants traveling with their families will be responsible for finding housing to accommodate themselves and their families. Here are some options to consider:

(1) Hotel-style accommodations at the University Guest House.

    (3)Craigslist Classifieds

IF YOU INTEND TO TRAVEL WITH YOUR FAMILY, PLEASE LET THE DIRECTORS KNOW AS SOON AS POSSIBLE SO THAT WE CAN PROVIDE ANY HELP WITH CAN WITH THIS PROCESS.

NEH REGULATIONS INDICATE THAT IN NO CASE WILL FAMILY MEMBERS BE ALLOWED TO ATTEND INSTITUTE EVENTS.
